The Process: How Does it Work?

1. Request a Quote

Browse through our carpet products, and once you have made your selection, request a quote using the form found in the product description. Be sure to fill out every section.

2. Shipping Destination

You’ll receive your quote, and you will need to provide a shipping address. * Trucking companies will NOT deliver to a residential address. Consult with your local carpet installer or warehouse.

3. Approve Invoice

After sorting out the final details, you can approve your quote. We ask for a 50% deposit upon approval.

4. We Process Your Order

Our customer service team will process your order and deal with the logistics of the shipment. We will send updates on your order every step of the way.

5. Remaining Balance is Charged

Once your carpet has been shipped, the remaining balance is due. Payment details will be given at the start of every job.
